The Kogod Private Equity and Venture Capital Club at the Kogod School of Business, American University in Washington, D.C. is a student-managed organization dedicated to three goals:
  • furthering the education and interest of Kogod students in the private equity industry;
  • promoting interaction, dialogue, and partnership between Kogod and the private equity community through a range of programs; and
  • improving the private equity employment prospects of Kogod students.

The club sponsors include Kogod's faculty and administration, while its activities include a range of educational, professional and employment initiatives. Club members actively assist in the development of Kogod's private equity and venture capital curriculum, as well as attract notable industry speakers to campus. The club actively enhances the private equity employment prospects of club members.
